Gardens Point

  • Body Pump
    Focussing on low weights and high repetitions, this classic class with have you burning fat, gaining strength, and producing lean muscle. Body Pump is a total body workout for all fitness levels.

    CXWORX
    This 30-minute low impact, low cardio workout will tighten and tone your core. Your abs, glutes, back, obliques and sling muscles will thank you!

  • HIIT
    30 minutes of high intensity interval training, designed by a trainer to get you fit and burn fat. Think: high intensity, high calorie burn.

  • Body Balance
    a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that will build your flexibility and strength. This class will sculpt your body and instil your mind with balance and calm.

    Yoga
    Calm your mind, build strength, and increase your flexibility with Yoga stretches, postures and poses.

    Pilates
    this classic class will improve your posture, strength, and flexibility through exercises that focus on breathing, stretching, and strengthening.

Kelvin Grove

  • Body Pump

    Boxing
    Strengthen your core with this full-body cardio and strength training workout. Boxing techniques and drills will improve your endurance, co-ordination, strength, and stamina. All boxing equipment is provided!

    Functional Blast
    30 minutes of functional training using dumbbells, barbells, and weights to tone your body. Fast.

    Abs Blast
    30 minutes of abdominal exercises to build strong, toned abs.

  • Body Attack
    This sports-inspired cardio workout combines aerobic athletic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. You can choose your intensity to create a high impact or low impact workout for the inner athlete in all of us.

    Body Combat
    This martial arts inspired workout focusses on building strength, coordination, and power - all whilst improving your cardiovascular health. Draw from a variety of martial arts disciples for a fiercely energetic workout.

    Zumba
    A fun, energetic, dance-inspired cardio workout, with sequences that get your whole body moving to great music!

    HIIT Cycle
    30 minutes of high intensity cycling, designed to get you fit, strip fat, and burn calories.
