YMCA Personal Training Packs are available for members who want the highest level of service to assist their training. Each session is conducted by a fully qualified Personal Trainer, who is dedicated to keeping you accountable and getting you motivated! Your Personal Trainer will tailor each session to suit your individual needs - whatever your goal, we can help you succeed!

Our Personal Trainer will work with you to ensure that your sessions are suited to your fitness level and goals. You can expect dynamic interactive workouts that will challenge you in new ways. All sessions are 30 minutes in length.
