Keep fit and healthy with free gym membership to our YMCA Fitness Centres in Bowen Hills, Gardens Point, Jamboree Heights, Kelvin Grove, Victoria Point and Warwick. Our staff can also dive into the pool with free access to our aquatic facilities in Gardens Point, Kelvin Grove and Victoria Point.

Employees and volunteers have access to free counselling services through the YMCA’s Employee Assistance Program, offered by AccessEAP. This service is available to staff and immediate family. Employees can access to up to three free counselling sessions per year.

• An ongoing 9% discount
• Up to 80% back on extras at any recognised provider (up to $1,500 per year)
• A separate limit on optical items (up to $300 per person per year) and up to 100% back at any recognised provider
