BODY BALANCE
This Les Mills pre-choreographed class combines a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to build strength, improve flexibility, sculpt your body and instil your mind with balance and calm.
BODY PUMP
Focusing on using low weights with high reps, this Les Mills pre-choreographed class will have you burning fat, increasing strength and building lean muscle! Body Pump is a total body workout for all fitness levels.
GRIT SERIES
30min workout designed to get results fast through high intensity, interval-training sequences. Your heart rate will soar, your resolve will be challenged and your inner athlete will come out to play.
HIIT
A workout designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, you will work every muscle in challenging short bursts. This maximum effort class is easy to follow and challenging to finish!
CXWORX
Build a stronger core using resistance tubes and weight plates in this 30-minute Les Mills pre-choreographed class. Your glutes, back, obliques and sling muscles will also thank you!
PILATES
This classic class focus on breathing and movements that will improve your posture, core strength and flexibility.
YOGA
Calm your mind, build strength and increase your flexibility with Yoga stretches, postures and poses.
ZUMBA
A fun, energetic and Latin dance-inspired cardio workout with sequences that get your whole body moving to great music!

On the gym floor

BOXING
Improve endurance, coordination, strength and stamina with boxing drills and techniques in this full-body workout. All boxing equipment provided - just bring yourself!
