Program Descriptions

In the Studio

BODY BALANCE
A Les Mills class combining Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi, leaving you feeling mentally & physically balanced.
BODY PUMP
A Les Mills strength & conditioning program. Use bars, weights, and benches to train your whole body. Available in 45 minute and 1 hour classes.
BOXING
Designed for all levels, your instructor will take you through 45 minutes of boxing, where you will learn boxing techniques & drills with gloves and pads. No experience necessary!
CXWORX
A Les Mills 30 minute core strength workout. Using specialized bands and small weights, this class is a vital ingredient for a stronger body overall.
PILATES
Build strength internally & externally with classic Pilates’ exercises & breathing techniques. Use balls, bands, and circles to strengthen and tone!
YOGA
Yoga flow sequences that build strength and flexibility, whilst bringing balance to your body & mind.

On the Gym Floor

INDOOR BOOTCAMP
This class is all about athleticism, incorporating a wide variety of movements for a full body workout. This class works on an 8-station rotation, where no exercise or movement is similar to the last. By the end of each class, expect to have worked nearly every muscle in your body!
TRX
The ultimate bodyweight workout using TRX straps and gravity. This class will improve strength, core control, and stability. Adjustable straps allow for increased or decreased difficulty, making this class great for beginners and experts alike.
Zumba
A fun, energetic dance class. Your instructor will build easy to follow dance sequences that work whole body from top to toe.
