PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

In the studio

ABS BLAST
30 minutes of abdominal exercises to help you build strong, toned abs!
BODY ATTACK
A Les Mills sports inspired, cardio workout! Choose between low or high impact options and enjoy big calorie burns in this class that covers all of the principles of cardiovascular training - including strength & abdominal work
BODY COMBAT
A Les Mills martial arts inspired cardio workout! Enjoy coordinated moves to music that will build strength, coordination & power whilst improving your cardiovascular health!
BODY PUMP
A Les Mills strength & conditioning program. Use bars, weights, and benches to train your whole body. Available in 45 minute and 1 hour classes.
BOXING
Designed for all levels, your instructor will take you through 45 minutes of boxing, where you will learn boxing techniques & drills with gloves and pads. No experience necessary!
FUNCTIONAL BLAST
30 minutes of functional training using barbells, dumbbells, and weight plates to tone your whole body. Fast.
HIIT CYCLE
30 minutes of high intensity cycling designed to get you fit, strip fat, and maximum calories.
PILATES
Build strength internally & externally with classic Pilates’ exercises & breathing techniques. Use balls, bands, and circles to strengthen and tone!
YOGA
Yoga flow sequences that build strength and flexibility, whilst bringing balance to your body & mind.
ZUMBA
A fun, energetic dance class. Your instructor will build easy to follow dance sequences that work whole body from top to toe.

On the Gym Floor

INDOOR BOOTCAMP
This class is all about athleticism, incorporating a wide variety of movements for a full body workout. This class works on an 8-station rotation, where no exercise or movement is similar to the last. By the end of each class, expect to have worked nearly every muscle in your body!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Expect big, compound movements, where coaching correct technique is a focal point. This class will put muscles under tension, working to increase strength and stimulate muscle growth.
TRX
The ultimate bodyweight workout using TRX straps and gravity. This class will improve strength, core control, and stability. Adjustable straps allow for increased or decreased difficulty, making this class great for beginners and experts alike.

In the pool

AQUA
Using equipment, your instructor will take you through water-based drills in the pool, giving your whole body a great workout. Ideal for all fitness levels.
AQUA ZUMBA
Enjoy fitness & fun in this Zumba style class that will get your whole body moving.
