Gardens Point

  • Body Pump
    Focusing on using low weights with high reps, this Les Mills pre-choreographed class will have you burning fat, increasing strength and building lean muscle! Body Pump is a total body workout for all fitness levels.

    CXWORX
    Build a stronger core using resistance tubes and weight plates in this 30-minute Les Mills pre-choreographed class. Your glutes, back, obliques and sling muscles will also thank you!

    Les Mills GRIIT SERIES
    30min workout designed to get results fast through high intensity, interval-training sequences. Your heart rate will soar, your resolve will be challenged and your inner athlete will come out to play in this combination of strength & cardio class.

    Virtual Cycle Classes
    Scheduled classes and classes you chose yourself on demand - Cycle is a fantastic way to build muscle, gain endurance & build amazing fitness!

  • HIIT
    A 30-minute workout of high intensity interval training designed by a trainer to get you fit and burn fat. Think - high intensity, high calorie burn!

  • Body Balance
    This Les Mills pre-choreographed class combines a mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to build strength, improve flexibility, sculpt your body and instil your mind with balance and calm.

    Yoga
    Calm your mind, build strength and increase your flexibility with Yoga stretches, postures and poses.

    Pilates
    This classic class focus on breathing and movements that will improve your posture, core strength and flexibility.

  • Body Pump

    Boxing
    Improve endurance, coordination, strength and stamina with boxing drills and techniques in this full-body workout. All boxing equipment provided - just bring yourself!

    Functional Blast
    This 30-minute functional training session will use dumbbells, barbells and weights to improve your fitness, build lean muscle and increase strength. Fast.

    Les Mills GRIT SERIES
    30min workout designed to get results fast through high intensity, interval-training sequences using weights & your ow body strength. Your heart rate will soar, your resolve will be challenged and your inner athlete will come out to play in this combination of strength & cardio class.

    TRIPLE HIIT
    30 & 1hr times slots – split into 3 parts = cycle/strength/core, a workout designed to build fitness for the whole body incorporating high intensity, interval training drills. your body will be chewing up the calories post workout!

  • Body Attack
    This sports-inspired Les Mills pre-choreographed cardio workout combines aerobic athletic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. You can choose your level of intensity to create a high or low impact workout to satisfy the inner athlete in all of us.

    Body Combat
    A martial arts inspired Les Mills pre-choreographed workout focused on building strength, coordination, and power - all the while improving your cardiovascular health. Draw from a variety of martial arts styles for a fiercely energetic workout.

    HIIT Cycle
    30-minutes of high intensity cycling designed to get you fit, strip fat and burn calories.
