Available at participating YMCA gyms, mYnd-pump is a FREE 10-week group exercise program for anyone aged 16-25 who may have a bit too much stress being thrown their way. By providing free access to physical and mental training in a structured, supportive environment, mYnd-pump will have you feeling your best self in no time. As a result of COVID-19 related gym restrictions we have had to pause the regular 10-week program; however, we are opening altered sessions very soon. These sessions will be unlimited!
Regular exercise helps to increase self-esteem and self-concept. We're here to keep you accountable to your new self-care regime - for free!
