MYND-PUMP

MANAGE STRESS AND ANXIETY WITH EXERCISE!

Available at participating YMCA gyms, mYnd-pump is a FREE 10-week group exercise program for anyone aged 16-25 who may be experiencing anxiety, symptoms of depression, or overwhelming stress. By providing free access to fitness in a structured, supportive environment, mYnd-pump will get you in shape physically and mentally, and have you feeling your best self in no time. No gym membership required!
