Available at participating YMCA gyms, mYnd-pump is a FREE 10-week group exercise program for anyone aged 16-25 who may have a bit too much stress being thrown their way. By providing free access to physical and mental training in a structured, supportive environment, mYnd-pump will have you feeling your best self in no time. As a result of COVID-19 related gym restrictions we have had to pause the regular 10-week program; however, we are opening altered sessions very soon. These sessions will be unlimited!

How it Works

1.Register to be notified when we begin the altered sessions (it's FREE for anyone aged 16-25)

2. Our team will be in touch to get you started.

3. Enjoy unlimited training until gym restrictions lift, and then 10 weeks of team training at any participating YMCA gym

4. Take advantage of our discounted membership offer at your YMCA gym.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

We’ll be modifying mYnd-pump slightly during COVID-19 to ensure the safety of everyone in the program.

  • Sessions will be outdoors in a wide open park space.
  • Social distancing will be followed.
  • Program spaces will be limited to keep the group size small.
