Available at participating high schools, Uplift is a FREE group fitness program for anyone aged 14-18 who would like to work out in a community and learn some mental wellbeing skills to commit to improving their mental and physical health. By providing free access to physical and mental training in a structured, supportive environment, Uplift will have you feeling your best self in no time.
