Our Centres Are Opening Again

We are so excited to announce that due to the further lifting of restrictions and the early introduction of the Government's Phase 3 plan, we can now offer extended access to our members as of 12pm 3rd July.

All our health and safety measures will continue to be enforced for the protection of our members and staff. Further updates below.

Please note that due to the nature of the restrictions and the various sizes and types of facilities that each site has, we must take into consideration all patrons and staff who are using the facility at one time. This may change some class times and schedules during this stage of restrictions.

Our gymnastics classes' timetables and pool reopening dates vary depending on each centre below.

So you can confidently work out whilst maintaining a safe distance from others, we are offering a new online booking system that let you lock your preferred session in advance.

  • There is now no need to book a session in order to come to the gym and the time restriction of 50 minutes no longer applies!
  • Bookings are REQUIRED for all Group Fitness classes

Hygiene & Safety Rules

We have developed a comprehensive COVID safety management plan to keep our members safe. There will be a number of safety and hygiene measures in place, including socially distanced equipment, frequent disinfecting of high-contact surfaces, hand sanitiser stations and more.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle, a large towel and yoga mat if needed and be sure to follow our hygiene rules to keep others safe.
